Responded to my phone call the same day, came and gave a very reasonably priced estimate. I explained to him what I wanted, which was a random pattern using 10cm x 10cm tiles, me not really knowing much, he was very informative and had no problem explaining the details that I didn't understand. When it came to the job he was great, fast and everyday you wouldn't be able to tell the was anyone working in there he left it that clean. I was extremely satisfied with the work it makes my kitchen feels like brand new! 100% recommend!

We had William in to do 2 of our bedrooms. The ceilings needed re-boarded and skimmed, and the walls skimmed. He came when he said he would and did a great job. He was also really clean and tidy which was a bonus! We would use again.

Will and his team recently completed two bathrooms for us. They were completed to a very high standard and couldn't of picked a fault at all! They were very clean workers leaving no mess at all, very friendly, reliable on time and got the job done when he said he was going to which was perfect for me not having to rearrange any of my other work around. I would highly recommend William (Will Ritchie Group) to anyone out there looking for work needing done and I will definitely be using him again in the future. Thank you very much

I can't recommend Will and his team highly enough! From the initial call Will was patient in understanding my ideas and thoughts and took the time to ensure every detail was covered. His team took care of everything, including ripping out our old bathroom and have to say that the end result surpasses what I had ever imagined. Thank you Will and your fantastic team!

From our initial discussion and quote, William Ritchie was professional, and polite. He was punctual and hard-working on the site - being very aware of neighbours, busy roadways, and tidying thoroughly each night before leaving. We are thrilled with the floor and have contracted him to do more work for us in 2018.
